 Noir Viper, every piece is created with intention through a print-on-demand process, meaning items are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only offer exchanges, and requests must be made within 5 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are limited to cases involving sizing issues, defective items, or incorrect orders, and approval is granted at the sole discretion of Noir Viper. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing and product details before purchasing, as we do not guarantee exchanges for incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within the 5-day window with clear proof so we can evaluate and resolve the issue appropriately. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a verified defect or error on our end.
